DXD-110水平式全自動包裝機
本機是在吸取國內(nèi)外袋裝包裝機的先進經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上，研制的新一代小劑量袋式包裝設(shè)備。本機采用了PLC可編程控制系統(tǒng)和觸摸屏操作系統(tǒng)，可實現(xiàn)粉劑、顆粒劑、水劑和膏體的充填轉(zhuǎn)換，根據(jù)需要可實現(xiàn)三邊或四邊封口。與物料接觸部分采用優(yōu)質(zhì)316不銹鋼。其余機器部件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)304不銹鋼制作。本機符合GMP要求，可輕松拆卸、清洗和維護。

This machine is based on the advanced experience of the original bag packing machine , the new generation of small pouch packing machine
The packaging machine is under the control of PLC, it can realize the packaging of powder, granules, liquid and viscous liquid when changing packing heads. It can do the three-side and four-side sealing easily. The parts contacting with the material adopt 316 high-quality stainless steel, the other parts use the 304 stainless steel. The whole machine accords to the GMP requirements, easy to disassemble and clean.
